The Challenge of Submission

No one likes to talk about submission. It’s one of the challenges of following Christ. He calls us not only to submit to His Lordship but to submit to those in authority over us. Paul, having previously explored the relationship between slaves and masters and men and women, next turned his attention to the believer’s relationship with governing authorities. Paul encouraged the believers of Crete to submit to those authorities and to submit their lives to all people. Pastor Jim helps explore how we can live this calling today.
