Pastoring People as the Family of God

We often talked about the challenges Timothy faced in leading the church at Ephesus. Timothy was charged with ending false teaching and developing leaders. But Paul wanted to ensure that Timothy didn’t view the people in his church as a project or mere volunteers. Paul urged Timothy to see them as family.
