Change, Mission, and Facing Resistance

An endless process of change disconnected from a church’s mission will sabotage progress and leave people feeling tired and distrustful. In this week’s episode, Pastor Jim explores why change must be connected to mission. We look at how mission helps guide change and communicate it.
